Our practice pharmacists can help most people with a medication review and where needed, they will ask you to consult with one of the doctors. To arrange your medication review, please contact the surgery on the telephone.

As the medication is not on your repeat prescription, you will be unable to request it through the NHS App. Please send an eConsult to the surgery and someone will be in touch by the end of the next working day (often sooner) to help you get your medication.

As your medication is on repeat, you can use the NHS App to send a request for the surgery to send the prescription to your preferred (nominated) chemist.
