1. Salaried GP (8 sessions p.w.)

We are keen to recruit an enthusiastic and well qualified doctor to join our highly motivated team to continue delivering excellent care to our patients.

2. Medical Secretary (Full-time)

The practice is seeking to employ an experienced full-time (37.5hrs) medical secretary to work within our well-established and busy secretarial team. This is a new post.

Due to retirement, we are seeking to employ a Medicals Administrative Assistant (Full-time/Part-time) to work within our well-established and busy administrative team.

If you have a sound understanding of GDPR regulations and Caldicott principles, have excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills, a good understanding of the need for confidentiality, and are able to work accurately and with attention to detail, we would very much like to hear from you. Claypath and University Primary Care Network (PCN):

4. Social Prescribing Link Worker (Part-time)

Due to expansion of our Primary Care Network (PCN) Social Prescribing team, we are excited to be advertising for a new part-time role.

In this role you will support vulnerable patients with long-term conditions, mental health issues, those who are lonely and isolated, or who have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.

As a Social Prescriber you will empower patients to take control of their health and wellbeing. You will work with a diverse range of people from different cultural and social backgrounds helping to link them with sources of support within their local communities.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work confidently and effectively in a diverse and sometimes challenging environment. You should be a good listener, have time for people and be committed to supporting people, community groups and local organisations. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role before, but this position would also be suited to someone with good local knowledge, appropriate experience and enthusiasm.
