With the NHS app, patients can request repeat prescriptions at any time, from anywhere. The app is free and available to download on any smartphone.
If your medication is not available on the NHS app, we have provided a form that you can fill out and submit to us. Please use this form only if you cannot find your medication on the app. You can find the form by clicking the link provided below.
If you have not taken a particular medicine before, we strongly advise that you do not use the form. Instead, we encourage you to call us so we can discuss your medication with you and ensure it is appropriate for your needs.
