Student Pre-Registration

We’re pleased to offer a convenient pre-registration service for students planning to attend Durham University.

By completing your registration form with us before you arrive, we’ll be able to process your registration quickly once you’re here.

If you are currently registered with a UK medical centre (GP practice), you will remain registered with them until you come to Durham. Registration with Claypath Medical Centre will happen automatically on 30 September 2024 if you complete the pre-registration form below.

If this is your first time registering with a UK medical centre, you can still pre-register using the website below. An NHS number is not required if you do not have one.
