NHS COVID Pass

If you require proof for travel, you can download the free NHS app. From the 17th May 2021, you will be able to display evidence of vaccination within the app.

If you require a paper copy, you must telephone 119. The practice dose not provide evidence of COVID Vaccination status.

International Vaccinations

If you had a COVID Vaccine outside of England the practice is unable to add the vaccine to your COVID pass as we have not been given the technical ability to do so. If you would like to query this further, please do not contact the surgery as we are unable to amend this or exempt you from requiring proof of vaccination.

NHS Digital are able to include MHRA-approved vaccines administered abroad in the NHS COVID Pass.
