The practice has recently changed its computer system, and unfortunately, this means that some access to online services will be changing.
If you previously used the NHS app:
It should be possible to reconnect the NHS app to your record in our new computer system by following the on-screen instructions. There may be a slight delay in this being approved, as we have to manually make the connection on our end, but we usually action this within two working days.
Once that connection has been re-established, you should be able to request medications as before.
Any access you previously had to your online record will be restored, though some of the older items may no longer be visible. If you still require access to some of the older medical record items, please submit a request, and we will look to re-enable access for you.
If you previously used “EMIS Patient Access”:
Patient Access is not compatible with our new computer system. Consequently, you will need to change to the NHS app.
The NHS app is available on both Android and iOS platforms. If you do not use a mobile phone, it can also be accessed online. Find out more.
Thank you for bearing with us during this difficult change, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
