To request help from the doctors (GPs), please complete the form linked below.

If you call reception, our staff will fill in the same form on your behalf. Every request is reviewed by a doctor so we can decide the safest and most appropriate next step.

Not every request will lead to an appointment, but you will always receive a response.

Online Consultation Opening times

  • Medical queries: available online 07:00–12:00 (Mon–Fri)
  • Admin queries (e.g. fit notes, forms, test results, prescriptions): available 24/7

If your problem is urgent today and online access is closed

  • During working hours (08:00–18:00, Mon–Fri): call reception. Our team can submit a consultation form for you, even if online access is closed. A doctor will review it the same day, but this may not always mean a same-day appointment if it isn’t deemed medically urgent.
  • Outside working hours: if your problem cannot wait until the next working day, please use NHS 111 online or call 111.
  • For life-threatening emergencies: call 999.

Early Closure of Online Consultation Services on High-Demand Days

Occasionally, we must close the service earlier than planned due to high levels of demand. This measure is taken to ensure that every case is reviewed on the same day. When the service is closed, and you follow the link provided below, you will be informed that we are not accepting requests at that time. In such situations, you have the option to either contact the surgery via telephone or visit 111 online. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The service is only operational on working days to ensure we can provide an end-of-the-working-day response and keep the service safe.

Response Times

We aim to respond to most cases before the end of the working day. Some cases may occasionally incur a slower response.

If you think your query needs an response within the next few hours, call the surgery rather than using an online consultation. If you have an emergency call 999.
