From 26 August 2025, Claypath & University Medical Group will be moving to a new system called Accurx Patient Triage.

This will replace eConsult and forms part of our move to a total triage model – which means all routine requests will be reviewed by our team after being submitted through an online form. Most patients will fill this in themselves, but if you prefer, our reception team can complete the form for you over the phone.

How it works

Routine requests

  • You can submit a request online through Accurx Patient Triage or our reception team can complete the form for you over the phone.
  • This service is available between 7:00am and 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday.
  • Your request will be reviewed by our clinical team, and we will respond with the most appropriate next step. This may be advice, a prescription, a phone call, or a face-to-face appointment.

Urgent requests

  • If you feel your problem is urgent and cannot wait until the next day, please call the practice at any time during our opening hours. Our team will ensure you are assessed promptly.

  • To help us manage demand safely and fairly, so that urgent problems are prioritised.
