We aim to respond to most cases before the end of the working day. Some cases may occasionally incur a slower response.
While we are able to resolve some issues using only an eConsult, most cases will need a telephone or face to face appointment. It may be more expedient to contact reception directly for an appointment if you think that is likely.
If you think your query needs an urgent response, call the surgery rather than using an eConsult. If you have an emergency call 999.
