The General Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.
The General Manager supports the GPs and other clinicians in delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our Medical Secretaries deal with all referrals to secondary care, community services, and local clinics. They will support you in choosing and booking an appointment at your convenience at the hospital of your choice.

Medical Receptionists – Claypath Medical Centre and University Health Centre
Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial point of contact for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They book patient appointments with our GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, etc.
